Investment Corporation of Bangladesh, together with its subsidiaries, provides various investment banking services in Bangladesh. The company engages in the investments through private equity and placement of shares; merger and acquisition function; trustee and custodian services; portfolio management; advance against unit funds and Bangladesh fund certificates; stock market operations; project financing through investing in equity, preference share and bonds, and debt and lease financing; and issuing of corporate guarantee, as well as provides margin loan accounts, and unit and mutual funds.
